To best solve these challenge I implore the double diamond process. I first try as much to understand how the competitors in the space are currently tackling the challenges, and what their customers have to say about the approach and the services entirely.

I tested specific wireframe flows with the potential customers and some of my team to validate the intuitiveness of the solution. Feedback warranted further simplification of user flows and clarification of system feedback. Overall there where lot's of questions and stuff in the iteration backlog.
